Today I made Apple Cinnamon Cake with my father. I will tell you how to make this cake. This is very easy. You should try too. I am sharing you the recipe.

Ingredients:

1. 3/4 cup : Wheat Flour
2. 1/4 cup : Maida
3. 1/4 cup : Butter
4. 1/4 cup : Cream
5. 1/2 cup : Jaggery
6. 1/2 tsp : Baking
7. 1 pinch : Salt
8. 3-4 drops : Vannila essence
9. 1/2 cup : Apple juice+Cinnamon

Process

• Mix jaggery, butter, cream along with little milk
• Whisk till a consistent mixture is made
• Add flours slowly and whisk
• Add Apple juice and mix
• Add baking powder, salt, cinnamon, vanilla essence and mix well
• Grease the cake container and apply little flour
• Pour the cake batter
• Pre heat cooker / over
• Place container and heat for 30-45 minutes. Check with tooth pick in between.
